CIMA Performance Management (P2) Day 2

I've just finished Day two of the P2 course

Today I got up nice and early to catch the train over to Croydon for day two of the BPP Performance Management course.

The module forms part of the Managerial Level of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) and will be the 8th of 15 exams on my road to Chartered status. The 9th, which I'm also taking in May is the innocently named Financial Operations covering statutory accounting rules and tax regulations - lovely!

Today was good, covering pricing strategies through the product life cycle and revision (for me) of Activity Based Costing which is pretty much advanced common sense.

Now I'm going to curl up in front of my favourite country TV programmes, pour a glass of wine and RELAX. I haven't had a night off in ages.   ;o)
